San
Diego is where my roots are, even though my home now is in Utah. I am
drawn to the waterfront and the images found there. I cannot look at this photograph near
Seaport Village and not hear the sounds of gulls crying out, and rigging playing their
percussion riff against aluminum masts. It is the sea
and all its bounty that calls me back again and again!
